College & Graduate School Executive Function Workshop

For Students with Attentional and/or EF Difficulties

Dr. Lichtin offers this workshop twice a year, just before the start of the fall (August) and spring (January) semesters.  It serves as a broad overview of all topics related to executive functioning in higher education and can be an invaluable way to kick off the semester on the right foot. In person or virtual.

CBT Workshop for Adults with ADHD

This workshop is a 15-session, targeted program that addresses productivity, time management, planning, organization, and the management of related emotional factors.  The group setting allows for peer support and sharing, increased accountability, and a more affordable means of accessing services. In person or virtual.

CBT Workshop for Teens with ADHD

The teen version of the corresponding adult program introduces these topics in teenage-friendly terms, with an emphasis on academics, and weaves in practical application of skills throughout the semester. In person on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.

Parenting Emerging Adults Workshop

For parents of adult children struggling to launch

The transition from adolescence to adulthood is not always a seamless one, with some older adolescents struggling to “launch” and finding themselves stuck in place, no longer a child but not yet ready for the responsibilities of adulthood. Getting or working a job, living independently, and/or keeping up with activities of daily living can feel daunting, if not downright impossible. In these cases, parents are rarely the problem, but they can be a major part of the solution. In person or virtual.

TAG Homework Club

Currently under development!

TAG HW Club is designed to offer a structured, facilitated afterschool environment for students to complete academic work while strengthening executive functioning skills alongside peers and trained coaches.  The vibe is comfortable, with neurodivergent-friendly furniture, plenty of snacks, and a nonjudgmental and cheerleading staff of coaches. In person at our Upper West Side office.
